What we do

Our van handles two things: tyres and 12V batteries. A puncture is inspected and repaired on the spot to the French NF U85-200 standard whenever the tyre allows it. If it can't be repaired, we fit a replacement tyre from stock — always in pairs on the same axle, never a single tyre, for safe and even braking. If you're carrying no usable spare, we bring our own spare wheels and tyres in common sizes. A weak battery is tested first, then replaced on the spot if it's really the cause.

We come to the car park, the campsite or the hotel

You don't need to find a garage or move the car anywhere. Tell us where you are — a car park, a campsite pitch near Sausset-les-Pins or Carry-le-Rouet, a hotel car park in central Martigues, or simply a street address — and the van comes to you. We work right where the vehicle is parked, with warning signs out if the spot is exposed to traffic.

Open 24/7 — no towing, ever

Our call-out line runs day and night, weekends and public holidays included, because breakdowns don't follow office hours. A surcharge applies at night (10pm–7am) and on Sundays/holidays; it is always confirmed by phone before the van sets off, so there's no surprise on arrival. We do not tow vehicles under any circumstances — our service stops at tyres and batteries, fixed exactly where your car is standing.

Prices, confirmed by phone before we start

  • Puncture repairfrom €79
  • Tyre patch repairfrom €49
  • Tyre fittingfrom €35 per wheel (tyres quoted separately, always fitted in pairs)
  • Battery fittedfrom €149

These are starting prices. The final amount depends on your location, the time of day and the exact job, and it is always given to you on the phone — night, Sunday and public holiday surcharges included — before the van leaves.

Calling us from abroad

Dial +33 4 65 01 15 59 — that's the French country code (+33) followed by our number without the leading zero. Have ready: your exact location (a car park name, a road number, a campsite), the type of problem (tyre or battery), and a phone number where we can reach you. Simple French or simple English both work — location and problem type matter more than fluent conversation.

Stuck on a motorway? Call 112 first

If your vehicle is on a motorway, a slip road, a service area entrance or a hard shoulder, French law requires an approved recovery operator to move it — call 112 or use one of the orange emergency phones along the motorway. Once your car has been brought to a safe, accessible spot — a car park, an exit, a rest area — our van takes over for the tyre or battery repair itself.
